Extensive meetings for writing the corporate strategy

The Women Leaders Institute held extensive meetings to develop its institutional strategy for 2026–2030, which will focus on improving institutional performance, empowering staff, strengthening the Institute’s programs, and expanding its community impact to achieve more sustainable development.

These efforts are part of the Oxfam Solidarity Fund project, which continues to support the Institute in enhancing institutional resilience and sustainability and ensuring the continuity of work and services provided to beneficiary communities.
