A non-governmental independent woman organization established at the end of 2004 and started its work during January 2005 registered in NGOs department with the No. 1O46224

Our message: wide woman participation in the position of making decision, building peace and security in Iraq.

Goals

Insure the implementation of Iraq’s commitment, with international treaties besides urging the government to sign and approve the conventions and protocols concerning women Rights.

The insurance of including gender prospective at the government program in a way that contributes in observation women and girls needs and protecting them.

To combat all forms of violence against women , espiecially sexual violence and gender based violence

Increase Iraqi woman participation in the positions of making decision in all sectors.
